Return and Refund Policy
As a maker, we truly care about giving you the best experience when shopping with us. We print each item just for you when you place an order, which means we don’t keep extra stock for exchanges.
That said, we absolutely stand by the quality of our products. We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order, with a few guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at wecare@teehub.ca If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item(s) is damaged or defective, or the wrong item(s) were shipped.

Damages and issues
We want you to be completely happy with your order! Please check your items upon arrival, and if you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, reach out to us right away. We're here to make things right for you.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority! Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you right away. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take some time to complete the transaction. If you have any questions, we’re always here to help.
